Guru Films is proud to announce its debut feature film, Bangaaru Kodi
Petta, a fresh, sparkling crime comedy set during Sankranti festival with a
heartfelt dose of romance.

The film weaves three stories interlacing the romance of the overambitious
Bhanu (Swathi) and the mysterious Vamsi (Navdeep); with racy
crime and thrilling action. It also features the wannabe actor Venu
(Santosh, son of the popular director Shobhan); and the feuding, separated
twins Yerra Babu and Dora Babu (action masters Ram- Laxman, who in
real life are twins). Effortlessly knitting the stories in a taut manner,
Bangaaru Kodi Petta is a story of hope to make it an entertaining viewing
experience!

Directed by Raj Pippalla, Bangaaru Kodi Petta, with wonderfully
melodious music score by Mahesh Shankar (of the Indo-American film
Flavors, Telugu films Vennela, Prayanam, Prasthanam, and the Hindi film
99), and has been captured on camera by Sahir Raza. Produced by
Sunitha Tati, the film stars Navdeep, Swathi, Ram-Laxman and Santosh.
The rest of the team of Bangaaru Kodi Petta includes Prasad Varma
Penmatsa (Dialogues), Chandrasekhar GV (Editor), Ram-Laxman (Action),
Anantha Sriram (Lyrics), Vijay Donkada (Executive Producer) and Anil &

The audio release of Bangaaru Kodi Petta is scheduled in the first week of
January 2013, and the film is expected to release on February 1, 2013.!
