Production House: A Working Dream Production. This production house based off of Dallas and Hyderabad is venturing into films in an effort to bring sensible, real and entertaining cinema to Telugu audience.
Deborah Stone (Producer-Dallas): Deborah Stone has been a part of Hollywood for the last 30 years. She began her career in the entertainment industry as an actress and appeared in many national commercials, television shows and motion pictures. She has been on the film set with directors and actors such as Jonathan Demme, M. Knight Shymalan, Matt Damon and Robert De Niro. She has produced and directed a national children’s series, produced over 600 segments for a national talk show, and produced with the award winning AMC productions and Spiderwood Studios. She has produced content for Zee TV and was executive producer for the national series, Backyard Boomers. In November 2009, she met with Taylor Lautner from the Twilight series as he was auditioning for one of her screenplays which is currently in negotiations with Hallmark Hall of Fame.
Praveen Sattaru (Director): According to Praveen, Cinema is an art, an art that’s eternal, an expression. Telugu cinema has a place of its own on the stage of world cinema. Sagarasangamam, sruthilayalu, swayamkrushi, mayabazar are just some of the movies which portray the rich culture of Telugu cinema and this is his sincere attempt to be a part of this legacy and culture of Telugu cinema. Anyone can tell a story, only a few people can take simple things in our mundane lives and make it entertaining and Praveen is one of those who has a knack for storytelling. Using the platform of cinema, this is his attempt to express life in an entertaining way.
Asif Taj (Actor): He has been a full-time working actor since 2007. Range of work extends from -several national commercials that include campaigns for Time Warner Cable, Southwest Airlines, Dell, Motorolla and more. - Series Regular on NBC Pilot with Debbie Allen and Jasmine Guy. (currently in post Production), - supporting role/day player in many films including most recent with Nicholas Cage.
Rohan Gudlavalleti (Actor): An actor who is most recognized for his Bommarillu spoof on youtube.com. Starred in a couple of Tollywood projects. Has an Engineering / software background but his passion for acting and films takes priority above all else.
Chinmayi Ghatrazu (Actress): Miss Asia Texas 2010 also won Best Talent award and Best Cultural Representation award for representing India. Miss India Texas 2008 also won Miss Best Smile and Best Talent for kathak performance. Worked in several commercials including FedEx Kinkos, Tanmai Jewellers, hosted Entertainment Corner for Sulekha TV. She is working on getting her MFA (Masters in Fine Arts) in Film making. Abhijit Pundla (Actor): An actor by profession. Has a theater background and performed in plays in Hindi and English such as ‘Ek se Badhkar Ek’, ‘Manoranjan Tax Free’ and ‘On Vacation’ in the prestigious Ranga Shankara Theatre in Bangalore.
Sidhu Jonnalagadda (Actor): A budding actor who worked in movies such as Bheemli Kabbadi Jettu, Josh, and Orange. Has attended Dil Raju’s acting workshop to enhance his acting skills. Has been learning dance for 7 years.
Nishanti Evani (Actress): With a commerce degree from Chennai and an advertising background in JWT, she ventured into filmmaking; Assisted directors like Suresh Krishna, Nagesh Kukunoor and Prakash Kovelamudi. Andrew Redd (Director Photography-Dallas): Andrew Redd has been a part of Hollywood for more than ten years mostly in the indie (independent) film circles. He also worked on a Bollywood production. This is his second Indian film and first Telugu film.
Dharmendra Kakarala A.F.E (Editor): Has a PG diploma in filmmaking with film editing as specialization at Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute, Kolkata. Worked as an assistant to editor Shankar for 3 years and edited his 1st film ‘Prasthanam’ released in April this year.
Suresh Babu (Director of Photographyy – Hyderabad): Trained as an assistant cinematographer under the legendary film maker Balu Mahendra for 10 years. He has worked on several ad films, documentaries, corporate films and commercial movies such as ‘Julie Ganapathi’, ‘Adoor Kanakalam’, ‘Shanki Mahendra’s ‘Autograph’.
Anil R (Music Composer): Worked as an Assistant Music Composer at DADA Music in Belgium. Debuted as a music composer with the movie ‘Sambhavaami Yuge Yuge’. Music of this film has topped the charts for 7 consecutive weeks. Other works include Hyderabad Nawabs, Ninna Nedu Repu, Netru Indru Naali (Tamil), Gamyam and Kalavar King. The song he composed for this movie ‘Entha Varaku’ won both the regionally prominent Nandi and Filmfare awards.
