Tamil hero Arya, who impressed the Telugu audiences with his performance in ‘Varudu’ and ‘Sarvam’, is now all set to woo the audience once again with his latest dubbing flick ‘Madarasu Pattanam’. This movie is jointly produced by Kalpathi S Aghoram, Kalpathi S Ganesh and Kalpathi S Suresh under AGS Entertainment Pvt., Ltd.
One of the producers Kalpathi S Aghoram while briefing the details of the film, “The story of this flick is on 1946 backdrop when Andhra and Madras were one. The shooting of this flick was done for 140 days on the sets designed as 1946 period. The movie was a very big hit in Tamil and I hope it will become a big hit in Telugu as well.”
Arya while speaking, “This film ‘Madarasu Pattanam’ earned a very good name for me as hero. This might be the turning point for me in Telugu as well.”
Executive Producer Maali said, “Udayanidhi Stalin of Red Giant Movies was so much impressed with this film that he bought the theatrical rights and released the film in 196 centres across Tamil Nadu state. The film is already reaching 50 days run in 120 centres and collected Rs 14 crores share till date. This movie has earned a very good name in Tamil Nadu for AGS banner. We are planning to release the film in August only.”
