Panchakshari, starring Anushka in the lead, will be releasing on June 4. The film is presented by Akkineni Nagarjuna and produced by Bommadevara Ramachandra Rao on Sairatna Creations banner.
Director Madhu said: “We planned the film to release on June 4. The audio of the film was a success and I am thankful to the audience for giving us this early encouragement. We got reports that the audience had already started putting bottus (large bindi put with kumkum) to Anushka in the posters in Kadiri. The film has extraordinary graphics for about half an hour. The role of Brahmanandam is going to be a highlight.”
Producer Ramachandra Murthy (Chandra) said: “We are confident that the movie will be celebrating its 100 days function on October 12. I am highly indebted to Akkineni Nagarjuna. When I was the makeup man to Anushka, I asked her whether she could adjust dates for me if I would produce a film, and that she immediately said that she would. Now, she kept her word. We have brought three variations of the Atma (soul of human being). They are Atma, Jeevatma and Paramatma. We finished the shoot in record 53 days. We have plans to release it with prints ranging between 160-200.”
