sachin and dravid opened the innings they started the ininngs slowly, after 5th over sachin started to attack srilankan bowlers. after putting 95 partnership for the first wicket dravid gave a easy catch to long-on fielder in Mendis bowling, Captain Dhoni brought him self up the batting order and came up in no 3 place to settle innings. sachin and dhoni put 110 second wicket stand for 2nd wicket and they worked it doubles and singles , after finishing century sachin suffered with thigh cramp and he called for runner, dravid came back to field as runner for sachin. after making 71 runs with yuvraj he departed LBW in mendis bowling for last ball of 46 th over than since yuvraj took the charge and scored 42 runes in last 4 overs
